We aim to sell all of our produce to the local community within a 15-mile radius of the holding, supplying restaurants, local shops and also through our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) scheme.

We produce a wide range of vegetables and soft fruit and have commenced conversion to organic standards (Feb 08).

These include salads, peas, beans, leeks, onions, garlic, chard, spinach, carrots, beetroot, celeriac, celery, corgette, squash, pumpkins, tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, fennel, cabbage, sprouts, calabrese, brocolli, cauliflower.
